<p>A two-component hair bleach composition which comprises (a) a nitrogen-containing compound represented by the general formula (1) or (2) or a salt thereof or (A) a nitrogen-containing compound which exhibits an octanol/water partition coefficient (P) whose common logarithm (lop10P) is -1 to 4 and a residue of hydrogen peroxide of 5 to 90 %, or a salt thereof, (b) an oxidizing agent, and, if necessary, (c) an alkali agent and which exhibits a pH of 7.5 to 12 after mixing; a two-component hair dye composition which further contains (d) an oxidation dye or a direct dye in addition to the above components; and an additive for hair treatment, consisting of the component (a) or (A).</p> |
