PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacturing method of green-tea jelly using green-tea powder and green-tea jelly manufactured thereby. The green-tea jelly has aroma and flavor peculiar to green tea and satisfies consumer's taste preference. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of green-tea jelly using green-tea powder is characterized by the steps of: pulverizing and filtering raw ingredient of jelly; mixing the filtrate with water and leaving the mixture at room temperature for 2-5 hours to separate supernatant and sediment; mixing the sediment with water and adding 5-10 part by weight of green powder thereto; stirring the composition at 50-70 deg.C and heating it to obtain sludge; and cooling the sludge to room temperature. |
