A compound represented by the general formula (I): (I) (wherein R<sp>1</sp> represents lower alkyl; X represents oxygen or methylene; m is an integer of 1 to 10; and n is an integer of 0 to 5) or a salt or ester thereof; a medicine and a medicinal composition which each contains at least one of these compounds; a method of prevention of or treatments for diseases in which an androgen closely participates, which comprises administering at least one of these compounds in an effective amount; a kit for the prevention or treatments; and use of at least one of these compounds for producing the medicine.
