PURPOSE: A system for relaying broadcasting using a television broadcasting server and a method for a service thereof are provided to outsource Internet broadcasting of all broadcasting stations by using television broadcasting servers. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of television broadcasting servers(230-1,...,230-n) receive broadcasting programs of channels selected according to a load balance control signal for compressively encoding the received broadcasting programs into digital data and providing Internet broadcasting in a streaming. A broadcasting managing server(210) calculates an audience rating by monitoring connection of viewers with the television broadcasting servers through the Internet(130), and controls the television broadcasting servers by generating the load balance control signal according to the audience rating by broadcasting programs. The broadcasting managing server manages broadcasting server assignment information by broadcasting stations by making the broadcasting server assignment information into a database. |
