PURPOSE: An apparatus for discharging tea bags for vending machine is provided to discharge tea bags separately from the inside to the outside of a cartridge by using an absorbing method. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge portion(10) includes a cover(11) and an outlet(13). Tea bags(15) are stored in the inside of the cartridge portion. An absorbing portion(30) absorbs one side of the tea bag and discharges the teat bag to the outside of the cartridge portion to separate the tea bag therefrom. The driving portion drives the absorbing portion to discharge the tea bag from the inside to the outside of the cartridge portion and locate the absorbing portion to an original position after the tea bag is separated from the absorbing portion.
