PURPOSE: A system for managing a multinational shopping mall and a method thereof are provided to manage a domestic and overseas shopping mall for a foreign resident or a domestic user to shop and pay a commodity, and deliver a selected commodity to the foreign resident or the domestic user through a cooperation with the overseas shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: Client terminals(A1-An) include a communication module for outputting commodity information, generating an order signal, inputting payment information, and checking various kinds of delivery information. A shopping mall server secures many commodities according to commodity groups and supplies information. A delivery company has a domestic/foreign company server for ordering a delivery and supplying foreign delivery information. A financial server receives a payment signal from the client terminal, transfers an account with respect to a commodity price, executes a temporary payment in accordance with a payment signal of a foreign shopping mall, and transfers a balance between sale price of the foreign shopping mall and a sale price of the domestic shopping mall. Foreign company servers(B1-Bn) supply commodity information in a foreign area and supply an order signal and payment information of a domestic commodity by a foreign resident. A multinational shopping mall managing server(MSMS) supplies domestic shopping commodity information, processes an order signal, supplies a delivery signal of a domestic commodity to a foreign company server, notifies commodity information from the foreign company server, approves an order signal, and executes a delivery.
