PURPOSE: A device and method for a data communication is provided to use a processor effectively by executing a 232C communication with many nodes using one processor and to reduce a prime cost by restricting the number of processors although the number of nodes which request the 232C communication is increased. CONSTITUTION: A buffer unit(13) stores data being transmitted from many nodes(14) and outputs a transmission requesting signal according to data amount. A control unit(12) receives the transmission requesting signal and outputs an interrupt signal for informing data to be processed. A processor(11) receives an interrupt signal of the control unit(12), outputs a control signal for using a bus line, receives data through the bus line, and processes the data.
