PURPOSE: A wireless relaying device having a voice communication function is provided to install a donor communicating with a base station, and to install voice communication units in many remote units performing wireless communication with a wireless communication terminal, thereby easily performing communication between managers located in remote places. CONSTITUTION: A donor(100) is installed in a call-capable area, and performs communication with a base station. Each remote unit(200:1-n) is coupled with the donor(100), is installed in a radio shadow area, and performs wireless communication with a wireless communication terminal existing in the radio shadow area. Voice communication units(300:1-n+1) perform predetermined voice communication between the donor(100) and each of the remote units(200:1-n). The donor(100) and the base station are coupled in wireless or wired methods. The donor(100) communicates with each remote unit(200:1-n) in TDM method, and each remote unit(200:1-n) is assigned with time slots for communicating with the donor(100) as having ID codes.
