PURPOSE: A variable leveling valve apparatus of a vehicle is provided to improve stability by adjusting restoring time of a vehicle body according to rolling in turning with regulating compressed air flow, and to improve steering stability by increasing the responsiveness. CONSTITUTION: A variable leveling valve system comprises a flow passage(16) penetrating an intake port(12) and a discharge port(14) for flowing compressed air in and out in a housing(10); a communication passage(18) branched from the flow passage and connected to left and right air springs; a flow regulating unit regulating flow rate of compressed air through the intake port to the flow passage and through the communication passage to the discharge port according to the position of the vehicle; a plunger(26) arranged in the lower part of the flow passage and moved up and down to regulate flow between the flow passage and the communication passage; a rotor(28) combined with the lower part of the plunger to apply force to the plunger moving up and down by turning; and a lever(30) combined with the rotor and turned according to distance between the axle and the vehicle body to supply and discharge compressed air from the air spring. Steering stability and responsiveness are improved by variably regulating compressed air per hour according to rolling in turning.
