PURPOSE: Provided is an infrared sauna system which allows users to control sauna conditions inside or outside the system so that it helps users to enjoy sauna more effectively. CONSTITUTION: In the sauna system which consists of a main body(10), a unit for generating an infrared ray(20) and a controller(30) to control the flux of the infrared ray, with including a main PCB panel(33), a first control panel(31) to connect to the main PCB panel and a second control panel(32) to connect to the main PCB panel, the infrared sauna system is characterized by operating the first and the second control panel inside or outside the main body to control the unit for generating the infrared ray.
