PURPOSE: A side guide gap measuring apparatus is provided to precisely measure a gap of a side guide by using two cylinders coupled to each other. CONSTITUTION: A side guide gap measuring apparatus includes a moving section(900) making contact with a roller table, a measuring section mounted on the moving section for measuring a side guide gap, a display section connected to the measuring section through a flexible hose in order to display a measuring value of the measuring device as numerical numbers, and a PLC for controlling a side guide based on data inputted from the display device. The moving section(900) has a skid, a transverse plate, a longitudinal plate, an actuating cylinder(800), and a control cylinder(700) connected to the actuating cylinder(800) through a rubber hose(730). The longitudinal plate is installed at an upper end of the transverse plate.
