PIERCING APPARATUS FOR THIN PLATE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A piercing apparatus is provided to improve productivity and to reduce a fault rate of an article and accidents by piercing a plurality of holes aligned in a thin plate structure in a circular pattern through rotating a thin plate structure. CONSTITUTION: A piercing apparatus includes an upper mold(2) formed with a plurality of punches(201). A plurality of dies are provided to support a lower portion of a thin plate structure. A fixing table is mounted on a center of the thin plate structure mounted on the dies(3). The fixing table has an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder. A circular hole is formed at a center of the upper cylinder and a perforation hole is formed from the circular hole to the lower cylinder. A supporting plate(4) is provided to support the dies(3) and the fixing table. A ratchet wheel is installed at the lower cylinder. A bushing(7) is positioned in an extension part of the ratchet wheel. A rotating rod(8) is installed at an upper end of a protruding wheel of the bushing(7). A rotating device is provided to rotate the ratchet wheel. A fixing device is installed on the fixing table so as to fix the thin plate structure.
