PURPOSE: Provided is a molding part with mother-of-pearl inlaid which lets the mother-of-pearl attached to the surface of the molding part so that it contributes to beautify the appearance of products. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the molding part with the mother-of-pearl inlaid comprises the steps of: (i) preparing the mother-of-pearl(10) with constant shape; (ii) preparing a press for injection molding with a first press and a second press; (iii) letting the mother-of-pearl set at constant location of the first press; (iv) getting the press for injection molding closed to form molding space; and (v) separating the molded parts(40) from the press for injection molding.
