<p>PURPOSE: An automatic coating system is provided to reduce the investment costs by integrating communication lines between a data collection and control system and an equipment PLC(Programmable Logic Controller). CONSTITUTION: An automatic coating system includes an RF-ID(Radio Frequency Identification) server(110), a plurality of data collection client PCs(131,132,133), an PLC communication server(120), and a master PLC(140). The RF-ID server receives coating vehicle body information from an ALC(Assembly Line Control) and stores a vehicle body number and specification of the vehicle body number. The data collection client PCs reads the vehicle body number from a tag of the vehicle body and receives and indicates the specification of the vehicle body number. The PLC communication server converts the vehicle body number and the specification of the vehicle body number to BCD codes. The master PLC is connected to a PLC communication network(81) in order to monitor a plurality of equipment PLCs(50) and stores the vehicle body number and the specification of the vehicle body number into a memory.</p> |
