PURPOSE: A cylinder balance device of a press is provided to offer a press capable of increasing the endurance of the device and capable of a precision finishing process. CONSTITUTION: In a press device requiring a precise work such as a semiconductor device, electricity, electronic parts and so on, a balance device is integrally formed on a cylinder. A balance control section is formed for adjusting the air pressure of each cylinder through a press structure and electronic control by the cylinder for keeping the balance and for controlling the balance of the cylinder through the rotation control of a clank shaft carrying out the vertical movement of the cylinder.
