PURPOSE: A bulb formation anchor method for preventing the breaking of the cohesive soil ground is provided to stabilize the cohesive soil ground. CONSTITUTION: The bulb formation anchor method for preventing the breaking of the cohesive soil ground comprises the steps of: forming a space(30) on the underground end of an anchor hole(20); forming a bar-shaped mortar solidifying body(B) in an anchor hole(20) by interposing an elastic pack in the space(30), anchoring an anchor body(35) on the front end of a tension member(31) located in the packer(34), then placing mortar in the anchor hole(20) and the packer(34); and forming a mortar bulb(Ba) by expanding the inside of a pack connected with the mortar solidifying body(B) into a space(30).
