PURPOSE: A rolling preventive apparatus for a vehicle is provided to improve stability in turning, and to stabilize the pose of the vehicle body by reducing rolling of the vehicle with lowering the height of the inside through a wheel stroke interlocking unit in cornering. CONSTITUTION: A rolling preventing device of a vehicle comprises a wheel stroke interlocking unit including a turning arm(12) installed between left and right suspensions and a vehicle body and turned up and down according to the height of the vehicle in cornering; a variable pressure generating unit against wheel stroke generating pressure corresponding to the height of the vehicle in turning the wheel stroke interlocking unit; an operational force generating unit against variable pressure forming operational force to the left and the right of the vehicle body through pressure regulated from the variable pressure generating unit; and a left/right pose adjusting unit stabilizing the vehicle body through operational force from the operational force generating unit. Rolling is decreased, and the vehicle body is stabilized by lowering the height of the inside with the wheel stroke interlocking unit in turning.
