PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus and a method for preparing a sink countertop which is integrated with a drain board by press of the sink countertop. The apparatus and a method for preparing a sink countertop maximize the working efficiency, enhance the productivity, produce the various forms and maximize the aesthetic feelings. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) for preparing the sink countertop including a drain board comprises a pair of dies having the male piece with a convex part for molding the drain board and the female piece with a concave part and a convex part of the concave part, wherein the male piece and the female piece are detachable from an upper plate and a lower plate individually; the first stock transfer pipe(166) with the first switching valve to input the synthetic resin stock to the concave part; the second stock transfer pipe(176) with the second switching valve to input the stock into the convex part of the female piece; a heating unit(150) to be bonded to and heat the upper plate and the lower plate; and a central controlling unit(180) to control the heating unit, a press and the first and second switching valves(162,172).
