The phase shifter mechanism has a switch (31) and elementary phase shifters (A1,A2,B1,B2) with parallel channels each with pass all cells. The switch directs signals from one channel to another. Each cell phase shifts the signal. Phase shifting is obtained by switching the signal from one channel to the other.
