FIXING TOOL FOR BRAZING OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A fixing tool for brazing of a heat exchanger is provided to prevent flux residue or molten corium from clinging to the surface of the fixing tool for fixing a heat exchanger core assembly, in brazing the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A fixing tool(50) for brazing of a heat exchanger includes a metallic fixing tool body(52) bent to assemble or fix a heat exchanger core assembly in a layered state. The surfaced of the fixing tool body is coated with a ceramic layer(54) made of oxidized aluminum and oxidized titanium. The oxidized aluminum and oxidized titanium has composition of 3:2. The ceramic layer is coated in thickness under 0.5mm.
