PURPOSE: Provided is a massage system with air and low frequency wave used which performs air massage treatment and low frequency treatment at the same time so that it helps to reduce treatment time, with showing optimal massage effect. CONSTITUTION: The massage system with air and the low frequency wave used comprises the parts of: a pad which lets plural airtight rooms formed and changed in volume as the volume of inflow air and gets plural low frequency electrodes adhered to a skin contact side to transfer a low frequency signal to skin; a connection part which lets a low frequency signal line transfer a low frequency signal to a low frequency electrode and gets an air channel formed to circulate air; an air supplier which supplies air to the airtight room of the pad; a low frequency generator which supplies low frequency signal to the low frequency electrode; and a control part(10) which controls air pressure of plural airtight rooms and output of the low frequency signal.
