PURPOSE: Provided is a hair pin which uses elastic repulsive power generated in changing a bended hinge elastic part to a rotating critical apex to grasp one's hair so that it helps to strengthen power in fixing one's hair. CONSTITUTION: In the hair pin which largely consists of a fixed tong(110) and an operating tong(120), the fixed tong comprises the parts of: the curved hinge elastic part(112) which is formed in a curve shape to keep elastic repulsive power; a head support(115) which is supported on the surface of one' head; and an elastic steel(114) which has a bead section at both sides of the head support part. While the operating tong comprises the parts of: a hair tong part(121) which is matched to the head support to tong the hair; a hinge part(122) which is combined with the hinge part by a pin; and a cam part(123) which is touched to bead section of the elastic steel, with letting a rotating critical apex formed to induce switching operation of the hair tong part.
