PURPOSE: A normal temperature remaining apparatus for a butane gas container of a roaster is provided to accelerate vaporization of liquid butane gas by restricting cooling of the butane gas container with forcibly keeping normal temperature of the container, and to use butane gas efficiently by preventing existence of remaining butane gas in the container after using. CONSTITUTION: A roaster(40) comprises a butane gas container installation part(42) mounting a butane gas container(50) and having an inlet hole(30); a joint pipe(32) combined with the roaster from the inlet hole of the butane gas container installation part; a normal temperature guide pipe(20) installed in the roaster, and composed of an air inlet(22) and an air discharge pipe(24) combined with the joint pipe; and a butane gas container normal temperature remaining unit having a normal temperature supply fan(10) rotated by a motor(12) and installed in the normal temperature guide pipe and supplying hot air from the roaster to the butane gas container. Vaporization of butane gas is accelerated by restricting cooling of the butane gas container with supplying hot air to the butane gas container forcibly.
