PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making health drink using as main ingredient jujube and honey syrup which have beneficial components to the human body. Therefore, the beverage has abundant nutrients and a characteristic taste and flavor. CONSTITUTION: A method for making health drink using jujube and honey syrup comprises the steps of: mixing 80-80.24 % of purified water, 19-19.50 % of honey syrup, and 0.1-0.15 % of jujube concentrate; adding to the mixture thereof 0.01-0.20 % of royal jelly, 0.03-0.0 5% of glycine, 0.01-0.02 % of vitamin C, 0.01-0.02 % of stevioside, 0.03-0.06 % of honey flavor and 800.004-0.01% of polysorbate; filtering the mixture thereof; sterilizing the filtrate at over 95 deg.C for 30 minutes; and filling it into a container at 86-100 deg.C and vacuum sealing it.
