RECYCLING METHOD FOR WASTE BUMPERS AND EQUIPMENT THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a recycling method for waste bumpers which lets coating separated from a crushed material within a water bath so that it bars harmful solvents from being released outside, with improving working conditions. CONSTITUTION: The recycling method for the waste bumpers comprises the steps of: (i) letting the crushed bumper material supplied to a hopper(20) and pushed out by constant quantity; (ii) having the crushed material rotated by a drive tool including a coating treater to separate coating firstly; (iii) passing the crushed material through solvent and the water bath(10) to separate coating from the crushed material secondly; (iv) allowing the crushed material floated within the water bath to be induced in one direction; and (v) letting the crushed material washed at a washing space(80) at the end of the water bath.
