BALL SCREW FOR CONVEYING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A ball screw of a conveying system is provided to be stopped within a stroke when a motor is turned on and off by a retainer to stop and rotate idly mechanically, to have more load of an axial direction with inserting more balls by two-row spiral line of a ball screw shaft and to balance moment of moving a nut to the axial direction by arranging balls symmetrically. CONSTITUTION: A retainer(100) is installed between a ball screw shaft(31) and a ball nut(33) to rotate idly as well as to stop the ball screw shaft and the ball nut. Through holes(101) are formed to a side wall of the retainer to combine a ball(38) with a screw ball. Through holes are formed at 60 degrees along a thread to arrange the through hole at 180 degrees at a section of the retainer. A diameter of the through hole is wider than a diameter of the ball to rotate the ball by itself. Hanging sills(102) are protruded from both ends of the retainer. A stopper pin(200) is installed to both ends of the ball screw shaft to hang the hanging sill of the retainer according to a rotation of a rotating motor(36) and to stop and rotate idly the ball screw shaft and the ball nut. Thereby, the ball screw stops within a stroke when the motor is turned on and off by the retainer. More load of an axial direction is added by inserting more balls by two-row spiral line of the ball screw shaft. Moment is balanced when the nut moves to the axial direction by arranging balls symmetrically.
