METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WRAPPING BUNDLE OF WIRES

PURPOSE: A wrapping method and its device are provided to wrap a bundle of wires with a thermal shrunken film by laying on a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A bundle of wires is supplied by laying on a conveyor. The bundle of wires is sealed by covering a thermal shrunken film(3). The center of the bundle is punched. The thermal shrunken film is sealed to the bundle by shrinking through hot wind. A sealing device seals the thermal shrunken film on the bundle. A punching device(7) punches the center of the bundle. A blowing device(8) blows hot wind to the bundle. Thereby, the cost for an equipment and the processing time are reduced. Moreover, the uniform shrinkage is performed by punching the hole in the center of the bundle.
