PURPOSE: A No.7 level 2 function board in a mobile communication base station is provided to check abnormality of a data link without receiving an external clock. CONSTITUTION: A core processor(MK5027) is connected to a CPU(Central Processing Unit) and performs an MTP LEVEL 2 within a No. 7 level 2 function board of the mobile communication base station controller. A clock generating unit(10) generates a clock. A clock processing unit(20) processes the clock signal generated from the clock generating unit(10), thereby producing clocks with different frequencies. A data processing unit(RA6456) operates by receiving the clock signal of the clock processing unit(20), receives parallel output data of the core processor(MK5027), changes the parallel data into serial data and then transmits the changed data to the outside.
