PURPOSE: A seat belt for a vehicle is provided to prevent the upper body of a driver from leaning forward by fixing the length of a shoulder belt in a vehicle crash. CONSTITUTION: In a three-point type seat belt, an upper anchor(18) is a fixed point as a first point. A lower vehicle body is a movable point connected to a retractor(11) as a second point. A tongue assembly is a selectively fixed point including a locking unit as a third point.
