PURPOSE: An inquiry response system by using a short message service and an automatic response service is provided to offer a more exact response within a quick time to an inquiry of a user through a short message service and an automatic response system, thereby capable of offering a more convenient information use service. CONSTITUTION: When calling up inquiry telephone calls from a plurality of users(600), a CTI(Computer-Telephony Integration) server(100) performs a connection to an idle consultant(300) among a plurality of consultants(300) or a consultant of the corresponding field by using the automatic response service. The consultant(300) receives an inquiry from the user(600), registers the inquiry to an inquiry response database(500) and requests the search to a searcher(400). When there is a response immediately from the searcher(400), the consultant(300) transmits the response to the user(600) through a telephone call.
