PURPOSE: A power dividers is provided to detect RF signals and divide the power of the RF signals by using a metal capacitor formed on a drain region of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A power dividers includes the first capacitor, the second capacitor, the first metal line, the second metal line, and the third metal line. The first capacitor is formed by stacking a dielectric layer, a capping layer, and the second electrode on the first electrode of a drain region of the first transistor. The second capacitor is formed by stacking a dielectric layer, a capping layer, and the second electrode on the first electrode of a drain region of the second transistor. The first metal line is connected to the second electrode of the first capacitor. The second metal line is connected to the second electrode of the second capacitor. The poly resistor is connected to a contact region between the first capacitor and the first metal line and a contact region between the second capacitor and the second metal line. The third metal line is connected to the first and the second metal lines.
