CONTROL SYSTEM OF INPUT QUANTITY OF HEAT FOR COKE OVEN AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A control system of input quantity of heat for coke oven is provided to prevent dry distillation deficiency during coke discharging and prevent deterioration of coke quality by calculating target temperature of coke oven and an end of the coke oven and maintaining proper furnace temperature, and a control method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: The control system of input quantity of heat for coke oven comprises temperature measuring instruments installed at a coke guide to measure temperature of coke to be dry distilled; and a control part for controlling input quantity of heat for coke oven based on the temperature of coke measured by the temperature measuring instruments(60), wherein a pair of the temperature measuring instruments are installed upper, middle and lower parts at left and right sides of the coke guide respectively, the temperature measuring instruments are shielded by a radiating means for protecting the temperature measuring instruments from heat of high temperature, and the temperature measuring instruments as a laser thermometer is shielded by an ultraviolet absorption filter for blocking ultraviolet rays emitted from coke cake. The control method of input quantity of heat for coke oven comprises the steps of measuring temperature of coke cake using temperature measuring instruments installed at the coke guide; calculating target temperature of coke oven and target temperature of an end of the coke oven in the control part based on estimated moisture content of raw material coal to be changed and estimated coal charging quantity in case the temperature of the coke cake is not appropriate; and controlling input quantity of heat by opening or closing fuel valve of the end of the coke oven correspondingly to the target temperature of the end of the coke oven.
