PURPOSE: A process for producing recycled synthetic resins is provided to recycle waste resources, to prevent environmental pollutions, to reutilize waste dioctyl adipate(DOA) and dioctyl phthalate(DOP), and to save the waste treating costs. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing recycled synthetic resins comprises the steps of: recovering waste soft and hard synthetic resins and washing, drying and grinding them to provide soft and hard synthetic resin particles, mixing 30 to 40 wt% of DOA and DOP with 25 to 35 wt% of the soft synthetic resin particles and 25 to 35 wt% of the hard synthetic resin particles, stirring them at 100 to 120 deg.C for 20 to 40 minutes, adding 10 to 20 wt% of calcium carbonate filler and 0.5 to 5.5 wt% of a resin stabilizer, and stirring them all together, and then extruding the mixture into a desired shape at a temperature varied from 150 to 165 deg.C.
