DEVICE FOR SEALING OPENING PORTION UNDER SHIP

PURPOSE: A sealing device of an opening portion under a ship is provided to reduce the reduction of a speed by effectively sealing the opening portion. CONSTITUTION: A first ring(50) is formed in an outside of a shuttle tanker. The first ring has a fastening(40) to combine a ship body with a screen device(90). A second ring(60) is formed in the center of the shuttle tanker. The second ring is connected with the first ring by a tensioner(70). A bellows membrane(80) is formed between the first ring and the second ring. By sealing an opening of a ship after a loading or an unloading, the reduction of a speed is checked.
