PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering group purchase service over voice data network are provided to enable a user to refer to a remaining amount and a price on target goods, which are continuously changed according to a current reserved amount, and to make a purchase order and a payment according to a voice guidance of an ARS(Automatic Response System). CONSTITUTION: The system comprises voice communication terminals(T1-n, H1-n), a CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) module(10), an ARS service module(30), a group purchase management server(20), databases(40, 50), and a credit authentication server(60). The voice communication terminals(T1-n, H1-n) enable a user to access a voice data communication network, refer to target goods, to reserve a purchase of the goods, and to make a payment for the goods. The CTI module(10), connected to the voice communication terminals(T1-n, H1-n) via a voice data communication network, processes data exchange for the group purchase reference, the group purchase reservation, and the payment. The ARS service module(30) generates messages for the group purchase reference, the group purchase reservation, and the payment. The ARS service module(30) processes the request for the group purchase reference, the group purchase reservation, and the payment from the user. The databases(40, 50) store the data on the goods, and group purchase reservations. The credit authentication server(60) processes an authentication of the credit payment request from the user.
