SWASH PLATE STRUCTURE FOR HERMETIC COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A swash plate structure of a hermetic compressor is provided to prevent impact noise between a vane and the swash plate by keeping the vane contacting with a cam surface of the swash plate and to prevent a bearing surface of a bearing plate from being abrasive-worn by rounding the connected part of a curved surface unit of the swash plate and a plane unit. CONSTITUTION: In a swash plate(10) of a hermetic compressor, which is inserted into an inner space of a cylinder having intake and discharge ports to divide the inner space into at least two hermetic spaces, pressure-welding vanes(6A,6B) to both sides to convert each hermetic space into an inhalation region and a compression region in rotating, both sides contacted with the vane are formed into the combination of a multiple function.
