FLAT PLATE TYPE MODULE FOR PERVAPORATION

PURPOSE: A flat plate type module for pervaporation is provided to improve efficiency of pervaporation process by forming a uniformed flow of fluid between two sheets of pervaporation films oppositely directed to each other irrespective of change of flow rate. CONSTITUTION: In a flat plate type module(200) for pervaporation having repeating units sequentially consisting of first porous plate(210), stainless steel mesh(220), second porous plate(230), first non-woven fabric(240), first pervaporation film(250), channel forming part, second pervaporation film(290) and second non-woven fabric(300), the flat plate type module(200) for pervaporation is characterized in that the channel forming part comprises a channel forming plate(270) at one side of which an inflow side channel(275) is formed to uniformly maintain flow of fluid flown in through inflow holes(211,221,231,241,251,261,271,281,291,301,311), and at the other side of which an outflow side channel(276) is formed to maintain flow of the fluid so that the fluid flown in through the inflow side channel is flown out to a plural outflow holes(212,222,232,242,252,262,272,282,292,302,312) through the first and second pervaporation films; first and second gaskets which are installed at upper and lower parts of the channel forming plate respectively, and in which a space part is formed, one end of the space part is formed in the same shape as an outer wall curved part of the inflow side channel, and the other end of the space part is formed in the same shape as an outer wall curved part of the outflow side channel; inflow side diaphragms(263,283) which are connected to upper and lower parts of the inflow side channel of the channel forming plate and inserted into the gaskets with being formed in the same shape as an outer wall curved part of one end of the first and second gaskets, and on which an outer wall curved part larger than a curved part of the channel forming plate is formed; and outflow side diaphragms(264,284) which are connected to upper and lower parts of the outflow side channel of the channel forming plate and inserted into the gaskets with being formed in the same shape as an outer wall curved part of the other end of the first and second gaskets, and on which an outer wall curved part larger than the curved part of the channel forming plate is formed.
