PURPOSE: Provided is a membrane of a fuel battery for maintaining water balance having the both surfaces coated with a hydrophobic polymer having an amine or imine functional group on the polymer chain. CONSTITUTION: The membrane has the both surfaces coated with a hydrophobic polymer having an amine or imine functional group on the polymer chain. The hydrophobic polymer is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyethyleneimine, polybenzimidazole polyaniline and polypyrrole. The membrane can always maintain a certain amount of water to keep water balance. As a result, its ion-conductivity is increased, thereby ultimately improving tack performance. Also, the membrane does not need a humidifier and can reduce the volume of a condenser and thereby reducing the capacity of radiator. |
