<p>Viewer interaction is allowed during a broadcast (11,31). A broadcast signal (16) originating at a broadcast station (10,30) is received. Also received is notification concerning additional interaction that is available to a viewer of a first program within the broadcast (11,31) signal. Information (82,83) is overlayed on a signal (11,31) for the first program. The overlayed information (82,83) provides to the viewer notification of availability of additional interaction associated with the first program.
