At this time, in the case of the finger unit(430) that several modules share one finger unit write register bank(420), one or plural fingers(440-1 to 440-8) are selected according to a finger selection register(110) and an identical register value is simultaneously transmitted to the fingers(440-1 to 440-8) selected by a finger selection register.
