PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) chip structure for increasing luminous efficiency is provided to be capable of minimizing luminous loss by improving the structure of the LED chip. CONSTITUTION: An LED(Light Emitting Diode)(100) is provided with an LED chip(110). At this time, the LED chip(110) gradually rises toward the upper portion of the LED chip(110) from the lower portion of the LED chip(110). A mirror(120) is formed on the inner sloped surface(111) of the LED chip(110) by coating metal for reflecting the light supplied from the sidewalls and the bottom surface. Preferably, the mirror(120) is formed on the inner sloped surface(111) and bottom surface of the LED chip(110) by carrying out a mirror coating process using the metal. Preferably, an Ag layer is used for the mirror. |
