APPARATUS FOR DETECTING COIL WINDING DIRECTION IN COLD ROLLING PROCESS AND FOR DEFLECTING COIL DIRECTION

PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting a coil winding direction and for deflecting a coil direction is provided to prevent turn-over of a coil part and to improve workability by automatically detecting the coil winding direction and precisely measuring an inner diameter of the coil. CONSTITUTION: A ball screw(404) is movably installed by means of a servo motor(400) fixed to an upper surface of an upper frame(411) and a ball screw jack(403). A non-contact type distance measuring sensor and a laser sensor are connected to a lower end of the ball screw(404). The non-contact type distance measuring sensor and a laser sensor are movable up and down along a vertical frame so as to support a lower end of the upper frame(411). The vertical frame is installed on a moving frame, which is moved along a fixing base. A motor is fixed to a lower base having a fixing skid.
