TURBO FAN, METHOD AND MOLD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A turbo fan and method for manufacturing the turbo fan is provided to extend a lifetime of a mold for manufacturing the turbo fan by preventing a sharp edge from forming at the mold. CONSTITUTION: A turbo fan comprises a hub(10), a shroud(20), and a plurality of blades(30). A boss portion is provided with a central portion of the hub(10) in order to contain and connect a rotating axis of a driving source. The shroud(20) is placed remotely in a certain distance from the hub(10), and guides a blowing of air. One end of the blade(30) is formed integrally at a bottom side of the shroud(20), and the other end thereof is formed integrally at an upper side of the hub(10).
