PURPOSE: A method and system for a payment using a purchase only card is provided to prevent a bill transaction and a credit transaction by issuing a purchase only card in a retail store and to remove unnecessary intermediate distribution process through a member store managing server. CONSTITUTION: A member store managing server(200) links an affiliated store(205) with a member store(210). The member store managing server(200) manages the member store(210) and the affiliated store(205) which supplies commodities to the member store(210). A calculation server(245) manages a sale, purchase, payment, and use limit for a member. A VAN company(240) or a payment gateway(235) processes a card payment through an intermediation between a terminal(215) and a card server(225). The VAN company(240) connects a bank, a computer of a credit card company, and a relay system of a financial company through a communication network. The VAN company(240) processes a fund receipt and a payment business, transmits financial information, and approves a card transaction. A bank server(230) issues a purchase only card to a membership card affiliated store and manages the card.
