DUST COLLECTOR OF COKE OVEN EQUIPPED WITH IGNITER

PURPOSE: A dust collector of coke oven equipped with igniter is provided to burn combustible gas in dust laden gas vented from charging holes in the upper part of the charging holes in advance and form stable flame even through flow rate of gas is rapidly changed. CONSTITUTION: In a dust collector for collecting dust laden gas generated during the process of charging bituminous coal into coke oven chamber(11) through a plurality of charging holes(12) formed on the upper part of coke oven by charging chutes(22) respectively installed under a plurality of charging hoppers(21) mounted on charging car, the dust collector of coke oven equipped with igniter comprises a liquid fuel pump(110) connected to liquid fuel tank(100) in which liquid fuel is stored so that liquid fuel is pressurized in the liquid fuel pump(110); a blower(120) connected to the liquid fuel tank(100) to flow in and pressurize the external air; a suction hood(131) connected to the lower part of suction pipe(130) so that the suction hood(131) is ascended or descended along with the charging chutes(22) in the upper part of the charging holes(12) with the charging chutes(22) being installed inside the suction hood(131); and an ignition burner(140) from which a burner nozzle(141) is extended to a space between the charging chutes(22) and suction hood(131) so that an ignition trans(143) ignites a mixed gas of liquid fuel pressurized by the liquid fuel pump(110) and air pressurized by the blower(120).
