PURPOSE: A fast running control apparatus is provided to have no need for using a separate mechanical transmission in order to increase a velocity. CONSTITUTION: A stator winding of a motor(10) is configured to have a Y-connection structure(11) at a starting or normal running. The stator winding of a motor(10) is configured to have a delta-connection structure(12) at a fast running. An RPM check part(13) is configured to whether the motor(10) reaches an RPM corresponding to an output critical value.
