PURPOSE: A freeze protection device for a toilet tank is provided to prevent from being frozen to burst by discharging the regular quantity of water. CONSTITUTION: The freeze protection device for a toilet tank contains a screw hole formed on the top of a cover(8), and a screw valve(21) coupled with the screw hole to open and close the screw hole and provided with a discharge hole(22) formed longitudinally from the head of the screw valve(21) not to discharge water from a toilet tank when coupling the screw valve(21) with the screw hole completely.
