PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing high clean low sulfur molten steel by injecting a proper quantity of aluminum during converter tapping, properly controlling an injection amount of argon gas in bubbling process, and continuously injecting desulphurizer aluminum and subsidiary raw materials CaO and fluorite during the bubbling process in small quantities is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing low sulfur molten steel comprising the processes of tapping molten steel refined in converter into ladle, and bubbling molten steel by injecting argon gas into molten steel in the ladle, the method for manufacturing high clean low sulfur molten steel is characterized in that aluminum, as desulphurizer, is injected into molten steel during tapping of the converter so that 0.01 to 0.03 wt.% of molten aluminum is contained in molten steel in the ladle, an injection flow rate of the argon gas is set to 1.5 to 10.0 Nl/min, the desulphurizer aluminum is continuously and dividingly injected during the bubbling process in a quantity of 0.06 to 0.12 kg/ton·molten steel, and subsidiary raw materials CaO and fluorite are continuously and dividingly injected in quantities of 1 to 8 kg and 0.2 to 0.6 kg/ton·molten steel respectively.
