PURPOSE: A four-wheel drive device for a vehicle is provided to improve assembling efficiency by reducing size and weight by simplifying an inner structure of a transfer case, to reduce manufacturing cost, and to increase differential limit performance and rapidly avoid a rough road by adding the differential action limit of a center differential and a front differential. CONSTITUTION: A four-wheel drive device for a vehicle is integrally formed with a multi disk clutch type center differential(10), side gears(17,18,36,38), and a housing of the center differential(12) with having a helical gear type front differential(30) performing a differential action of front wheels and limiting the differential action according to conditions.
