PURPOSE: A pneumatic bias tire for a vehicle is provided to prevent rupture of a bead part and reduce rupture of shoulder edges, not needing to install an additional breaker. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic bias tire for a vehicle comprises a tread(1), a side wall(2), and a bead part(3). The tread, side wall, and bead part are formed as plural carcass plies(4). The end portion of each carcass ply covers a bead core. All of the carcass plies are turned up. The length of the innermost ply(41) among the carcass plies is extended and the end portions of the innermost are extended to shoulders(11,12) opposite to each tread. The innermost ply covers the bead part. Accordingly, rupture of the bead part is prevented and the ends of the innermost ply have a breaker function. Thus, rupture of the shoulder edges is reduced without installing an additional breaker.
